E-commerce Evolved COD Coaching Structure:

We use a method with all of our coaching clients that we use in our business as well, called R-V-T-I-S-A.

It stands for Research, Validation, Testing, Inventory, Scaling, Automation.

1. Research


During this phase, we teach you exactly where to look for the products that you will sell in Europe. You'll learn about how we look for products, what softwares we search them on and what KPI's they have to meet in order to be very profitable.

These KPI's have been created after spending over $1million on fb ads in eastern europe and learning what our best selling products from these past 5 years have in common.

2. Validation


After we found some products, we are going to list them in a special sheet that will include some very important calculations. These calculations take into acconting everything from ads costs, to delivery costs, COGS, and many more variables from the real-world sales to ensure that you can safely make 15-20% net profit even if you have bad ads days.

It's pragmatic and realistic, and it ensures your product is risk-proof.

3. Testing


In this 3rd step, we have already researched products, validated a few of them (usually 10-20% of products pass validation step and this is why our students have such a big success rate, because they have our methodology for looking at every single product) and it's time to start running some ads.

We teach you exactly how to build the landing pages / product pages with our templates that bring in 4-5% conversion rates on average. We give you our contacts from locally to create native content in the languages of the countries we will be selling in. We show you what our final ad needs to look like to have 3-5% CTR during the testing phase.

Usually, during the testing phase using our methods, we finnd winners that bring 4-8 ROAS right off the bat.

From there on, the sky (and your cash) is the limit.

4. Inventory


After validating a product and testing it we will have our preorders. Having these preorders we can safely order our first batch of products from our private bulk agent in China that will provide 20-30% lower prices than what you can normally get on sourcing softwares and you can get a small batch that we and our clients usually sell out within 2-3 days.

You don't need to invest lots of money during this step, there's no MOQ on bringing products from China with our partners, and your risk is minimum.

We calculate the investment with you in order to ensure you never go into negative cashflow no matter what.

5. Scaling


The ads are running. Now, we need to take our revenue from a few hundred per day to 1-2k. During this step we show you exactly how we scale our ads, how to make them work in european countries without overlap and how to keep a constant level that you desire.

Then of course, how to replicate that for more products.

6. Automation


This is a very important aspect for people that want to make 7 figures per year with cod. In this step, we talk about structuring the business for growth.

My name is Sergiu Laslău! I'm 23 years old, I've been doing eCommerce for about 7 years now.

I've sold about $5M over the course of these years, and I can say that I've "cracked the code". Been doing $80K - $130K per month consistently in sales, now I'm teaching others how to start their own eCommerce with Cash On Delivery business in Eastern Europe.⁣⁣

The reason I chose Eastern Europe (Romania, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Croatia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, etc) is because - it's one of the best places to start an eCom business in 2022 and 2023.

It has very low competition, you're not battling with dropshippers, with affiliate marketers or with the big guys like Amazon in this part of the world. This means that the prices of ads is way cheaper here than in the Western Market.(About 20-40 times cheaper)

So, for 1000 people you'd reach in the US with Facebook Ads, you could reach 20000 or even 40000 in Eastern Europe.

And considering Eastern Europe has about 2/3 of the US Population, it's a no brainer really. (E.Eu Has About 220M People).

Why would you take on a big fight, risking to lose a lot of money on ads, practicing scammy and unfulfilling practices, when you could take on a easier fight, bypassing payment processors, giving your customers a great experience, having way more to win.

That was my line of reasoning.

It's simply a no-brainer!

The model is straightforward and simple.

We test products that we deem fit, we order them from China if it's a winner, they arrive in Romania to a local warehouse, and then from Romania we sell them all across Eastern Europe.

Meaning - we don't need a warehouse in each country. We have one in Romania and our 3PL Partners from that central warehouse take care of the shipping & handling all over Eastern Europe.

We don't see or touch the product.

With COD, we are not looking to reinvent the wheel, we are just looking for products that work well in other markets (such as US) where you can find the same product sold by over 10.000 stores at the same time.

All we do is match that products with the same set of KPIs that we offer our clients and validate them using our COD Calculator.

Due to lower competition, most products are not being sold in Eastern Europe as it requires STOCK and our CPMs average around $1.5-2 instead of 20-30+ in markets like the USA

What's so great about our product-validating system and KPI's is that they're so battle-tested that almost 40-50% of the products that we test are winners.

It's just a matter of respecting a list of Key Performance Indicators that tell us what we need to look for in a winning product.

The more KPI's a product respects, the more profitable it is / easier to sell.

The most obvious advantage however, is the very short delivery times. We're shipping directly from the warehouse to our customers in 24-48 hours, while a dropshipper's product arrives in 2-3 weeks. This gives us a significant advantage over dropshippers, both in Facebook Feedback Score and in Customer Satisfaction.

We only work with the people that are most serious about getting results. If the fact that it may be "hard" is going to be an obstacle, you're probably not a good fit.
